Among the Starwood Strand, deep in the recesses of the tangle of trees lay a quivering and glowing violet egg clutched within the crook of a tree, the mother lost to the dangers hidden in the beauty of the strand. The egg lay there undisturbed for a great while, until one day two researchers by the name of Rubellite and Zenith came to chance upon the arcane egg, drawn by the energy pulsating from within the shell. The two took it upon themselves to take the egg back to the tree village in where their Clan resided snuggled deep within the depths of the Shrieking Wilds in hopes that the egg may hatch. The Clan was welcoming of the possibility of a new member-as the Clan itself was mostly a rag-tag group of dragons that were once all strangers to each other.

It was an exciting day for the small Clan when finally the egg did hatch, the Clan clustering around the egg as the dragonet broke free from the shell, taking his first glance at his surroundings-eyes falling on his foster parents. He was christened with the name of Argentum, as he was a gorgeous silver color with stunning bright orange navy and orange hues. Rubellite and Zenith took the role of parents, and as teachers, teaching the dragonet how to control the arcane magic that lie within him. Argentum grew into a fine young imperial, a natural at controlling his arcane energy and spellcasting.
