Rubellite stood in the Starwood, embraced by the infinite universe, tall trees stretched skyward, blossoming flowers resembling stars themselves. The spiral let out a soft sigh, staring at the vast sky, her brilliant violet eyes glittering in the moonlight. She was so caught up in the beauty of the universe that she did not hear the snap of twigs behind her, and the approaching skydancer until he was right behind her.

The spiral spun around suddenly, taking a step backwards abruptly, a gasp escaping her throat at the sight of the midnight colored skydancer-a cloak dotted with stars embracing the skydancer, specks of glittering stars dotting his slender figure and what appeared to be light gray plumes of smoke swirling against his features. He appeared to be a copy of the universe himself. Her eyes were wide with a mixture of awe and fear as she gazed at the magnificent dragon that towered above her, his eyes the color of emeralds, warm and friendly.

"I apologize for sneaking up on you, but can you show me the way to the Focal Point?" he blinked apologetically, giving her a warm smile, revealing sharp pointed teeth.

For several long moments, Rubellite could do nothing but gape at the unusual looking dragon, she could hardly believe she was conscious. Her eyes caught a navy blue book that was wrapped around his hind-leg, "I can try," she murmured.

From that point on, Rubellite had discovered her best friend, and eventually journeyed with him back to his Clan in the Shrieking Wilds, where she spent numerous years journeying with him for research to expand the Clan's knowledge.
