Kentaurus Ambassador
"When you spend so long trapped in darkness, you find that the darkness begins to stare back."

To exist, or not at all. We ponder, or at least, glance at the thought of this strange entity. None know whence it came, only that it came in the guise of Kentaurus, a daughter of Gemfyre's Galactic and Adrine. She knew not of the outside, as she had yet to leave the nest, when her conscious was stolen. Her body became that of a cloud of stars, only slightly bearing similarities to her once solid form. Laden with the combined power of the cosmos and the magic of the former Gemstone, the gas was but its own universe within another. Yet, the stranger had not complete control. A young soul and an ancient being, bound together within the starry form of an imperial, constantly fought for dominance. Sh- They knew not a childhood, nor do they know the love of sire and dam, for Kentaurus was but a hollow temple. War, day by day, naught ever seemed to change beyond the baring of the fang. The Sun, merciful and warm, was the only caretaker of Them. None could deny or harass, because none would harm Her family, her children. Yet, she suffered still. No longer, the Sun and Mother, would allow her pain any longer. Whilst She had not the power to banish the darkness; under Her guidance, Kentaurus would be set free. Upon the solar rays, the bound souls traveled beyond the ruins of Gemstone and into the yonder. There, expend her power she will, for the allied of Hēlios. Little by little, the shadow will fade- but only if the stars dance with fate... ... it seems fate lies within the White Sea. |

A dream, a nightmare Kentaurus had yet to know peace or health. Her unending war had reached an impass, and the ancient entity had retreated. Sleeping, not gone Her mind clearer than ever before, Kentaurus awoke in lush greenery foreign to her memories. Someone approaches A fae, hardly larger than her paw. A strange companion stands protectively between them. "Are you lost? Where's your home?" It speaks "Home...Do I have one?" Where am I? "Oh! Sure you do! Come with me, my mom'll set you up!" Who am I? |
