Sigrun and Erin met years ago, during a festival at the Windswept Plateau. Sigrun had just come of age to begin looking for a new clan to travel with, as young dragons sometimes do, and was drawn in by Erin's calm nature - something that stood out against the other dragons, all drunk with revelry at the time. Sigrun, being somewhat of a quiet and shy dragon, was slowly pulled out of his shell, and by the end of their meeting, he felt a renewed sense of confidence in his ability to leave his birth clan. It wasn't long before the two agreed to begin traveling together.

Sigrun is an accomplished seer, specializing in forseeing social aspects of life and presiding over things like lifemate rituals and affairs that have to do with the heart. He is a very sensitive dragon, almost supernaturally empathetic and always willing to see the other's side in things, sometimes to a fault. This certainly had a hand in his readiness to accept a harpy into the fold, something some dragons would be hesitant to do - but when Sigrun met Talon, what he saw was someone young and lost, as he had once been. The decision to welcome him into their group was something that naturally fell into place for both he and Erin.
