Erin is a somewhat older tundra, though not yet quite what one would consider elderly. He is a powerful haruspex, using the entrails of sacrificial creatures to divine the future and the fortunes of others. He can also use a potent form of scrying magic for the more faint of heart.

Erin has been leading the Wayfarer clan alongside Tal since its foundation, having been one of the three tundras that took him under their wing when he was young and displaced from the harpy community. He is a softspoken and gentle leader, although when his clan is threatened, he uses powerful magic to defend them, and is not a sorcerer to be taken lightly.

Although his relationships ebb and flow as he meets new dragons and as others depart from his life, his two lifemates are Sigrun and Roan, the other members of the council. Together they lead in a fairly easygoing manner, mostly tempering Tal's youthful ambitions and making sure that the members of the clan aren't overtaxed by the harpy prince's constant desire for travel.
