Ramoth is the leader of the Clan. She is the one who can hear the voice of Azura, the goddess of Dusk and Dawn from an other world, and she is her right hand. Ramoth is a great warrior specifically armored for long travels between worlds and time. She leads almost every expedition searching for knowledge and artifacts.

PURPOSE
Nothing in all the worlds we have traveled could ever satisfy our thirst for power...


The purpose of the Clan of Azura is protecting Sornieth from the Shade whatever the cost. Most of the time the dragons of the clan search power from sources that are even more dangerous and harmful than their enemy. Thus, most of them travel to other worlds to collect knowledge and powerful artifacts that could help them to reach their goal.


THE MOONSHADOW ISLE
Now we are all close to the night skies so dear to our Goddess and can embrase its brilliance every second of our being at home...


The clan is located on a floating Isle that was once part of a Starwood Strand on the borders of the Plague Lands. It was lifted to the skies by Warroth, the emissary of the Arcanist himself, after the attack of an eight-headed Emperor that crawled to close to the original location of the clan from the borders.
The Moonshadow Isle is pretty large and has its own mountain range in the middle of the land as well as few lakes and several rivers. The most part of the Isle and mountains is covered with thick forest.

DRAGONS


There are few breeds that are not part of the Clan and never seek home in it for different reasons.
  • Snapper - the home of the Clan is located on a floating island and it is too hard for snappers to get there with their small wings and huge boddies. Few wind and arcane snappers were guesting at the Clan but none ever staied there. Most of the Clan think that every single Snapper should live on the ground. "If the Earthshaker had meant Snappers to fly he’d have given them proper wings"
  • Spiral - it is still an open question, why did the Clan of Azura never accept any Spiral to be its member.
  • Wildclaw - Wildclaw dragons do not feel compfortable at the Clan where every single other dragon thinks that they are no real dragons becouse of their raptoric appearence.
  • Tundra - "Too much fluff to fight" Tundras usually try to avoid combat but the Clan of Azura is always fighting with something of enormous power. That is why Tundras prefer to avoid this Clan and are mostly treated like "fluffy and funny little creatures". On the other hand Warroth and Karadahn, the only two Tundras of the Clan, are greatly respected and loved.
  • Coatls - Coatls are hard to understand and they avoid the pretty cold climate of the Starfall Isles. Also it is needless to tell that because of Morvas it is often raining on the Moonshadow Isle and Coatls do not like such a weather.

FAMILIARS
Let the power of our souls fill the emptyness of these cleansened shells and reignate the spark of their original owners... if anything was left at all... from now till ever we are one and our souls are bounded together...


All creatures except by few that are now familliars of the clan dragons were originally corrupted by the Shade. The dark source once devoured their souls leaving only empty shells and used their bodies like puppets to spread itself through the world. Then they were encountered by the dragons of Azuras clan. Usually such possessed creatures are simply destroyed to stop the Shade but sometimes one or other dragon decides to make it his or her familiar. The dragon destroys the Shade inside an empty shell and gives it the part of its own soul to breath life in it again. From times to times some of the saved creatures (not all of them!) start to behave just like if something was left from its original soul. Then the dragon tries to fill it with its own power and sometimes the familliar even returns to its original state before the Shade. Such a creature is called awakened and there is no other happiness for it to guide and follow the dragons of the Clan that saved it.
