Biography
This quiet Imperial is by far the oldest dragon in the clan, and likely the wisest as well. She has taken on the role of protector, defending the lair from any outside threat with a startling passion.
Hydrangea is distant from the majority of the clan, speaking to them only when necessary. Though she will listen to other clan members talk for as long as they wish, she seems no more interested in what they have to say than if she was listening to the wind. The exception to this is Ataraxy, who can keep her attention with his chattering for hours. She occasionally goes so far as to encourage him while he constructs and inspects new portions of the lair, always urging for perfection.
Why she chose this clan to join is a mystery. Was being impressed by Ataraxy's dedication to building a perfect lair enough to earn her loyalty alone? Could it have been pity, seeing the then small clan struggle with monumental tasks? Was this simply a way for her to escape some dragon, event, or place she could no longer tolerate? So far, no one has been brazen enough to ask.
The wilting, dying barkback boar will only deteriorate further if it continues to refuse rest. However, for some reason, it will not stop its ceaseless pacing. On some level, this speaks to Hydrangea.
