Not much is known about this dragon. She just showed up one day, injured seemingly beyond repair. Speaking is very hard for her, and it takes a lot of effort for her to even get one word out, and even then the word is usually hushed and strained. No matter what treatment she receives she never seems to heal from her injuries, but oddly they don't seem to pain her much at all.

Most dragons would say that Hex has been just been cursed, though rumor has it that Hex is actually an undead imperial risen by some adept necromancer. The more hushed rumors say that she used to be a piece of an Emperor that was somehow removed and kept alive.

It is likely that no one will ever know her truth. Thankfully, no matter her origins, she seems relatively benign.
