Biography

WHISTLE
Mysterious Friend of Birds

Not much is really known about this dragon. He seems unable (or possibly unwilling) to speak, and instead the only sounds he ever makes are to mimic the chirps and whistles of birds, seeming to hold better conversation with them than with any dragon. Thus, the nickname 'Whistle'. His love and care for local birds seems immeasurable, and bird-watching seems to be the only thing that makes him stay put for at least a few minutes. Nomadic in nature, he is not an official resident of the lair and is more of an honorary member, but he is always welcome to stay when he's around. When he does stay, he usually spends his time in Elsie's garden watching the birds in the trees.

Whistle is quite decent at hunting, presumably from having to fend for himself most of the time. He usually doesn't kill what he doesn't later eat--clockworks and robots and the like are the only exception, as he seems to like collecting the shiny bits and bobbles they have to offer after being put out of commission and dismantled.
