Cascada

Cascada had been alone for a while, but certainly dreamt of quite the opposite. In her youth she had heard about polyamorous relationships and dreamt of being part of something big. When she shared this with her family members, they looked at her oddly and told her that that's not how dragons usually mate. From then on, she mostly kept those kinds of dreams to herself and thought of other ways she could be part of a large group. Perhaps she'd just be very active in a clan or maybe she'd join some kind of cooperative living situation. But as time went on, she realized she wasn't very good at being a leader and she also got stressed out easily with responsibilities and ideas. So she put her dreams aside for the time being, and decided to just solo travel.

She was born a Coatl but for some reason never felt comfortable in that form. She changed her primary as well because her Lionfish gene felt too bold and in-your-face when she'd prefer to look a bit more calm. Once she was finally looking the way she wanted to, she traveled into the Focal Point of Arcane territory. She was intrigued by the magic touch that the whole location had and liked the weird flora and fauna. She swam out into some tide pools one afternoon and realized she was being watched--by none other than another Ice Pearlcatcher! Eventually the stranger dragon introduced herself as Kaleido, and Cascada found her quite adorable. She loved the energy of this other PC and felt immediately happy to be around her. She spent many days with Kaleido before she finally was introduced to Kaleido's polyamorous family! Ah! Her dream come true! Kaleido had 4 other partners, and extended family in that regard! She was so touched to be invited to join this family, and accepted with tears of joy in her eyes.

She became especially close with Kaleido, of course, but also found herself very sensually attracted to Aquarius, one of the oldest members of the group. He felt the same way. She loved Mojito's chill, and Bellflower's sweetness. She also became very fond of Bellflower's daughter, Seasalt, and her mate Fruity. Although Cthulhu was not part of the poly group to which the others belonged and was only just Kaleido's other partner, she liked him as well, though not in any sort of partner sense; just respected him as a part of her primary's life and as a fellow clan-member.

In personality, Cascada is surprisingly shy in social situations. She is very independent and good at standing alone, but among others she becomes rather sheepish and nervous. Of course, once she feels secure, she opens up a bit more. So she can act totally herself around Kaleido and Aquarius, but needs a bit more nudging around the others sometimes.
