The big beautiful yellow guardian approaches you, seeing you simply sitting there in the centre of a clearing. "You're new here I guess," she says gently, sitting down beside you. Warmth radiates from her yellow flank, and you can't help but lean closer to her. She gives off beautiful radiant energy. "I'm Sahara," she says, shaking your talon. "The Crystalrune Kingdom is a young one; I've been here since the very beginning," she tells you, her pink eyes glistening. "Berry and I are the founders of this Kingdom. We didn't want to be royalty though, so we let Firefly and Jupiter take on those roles, as they're two of the most beautiful dragons in the kingdom anyway. Not that it matters. All dragons are beautiful in their own way." she smiles. "Have you seen the whole kingdom yet?" she asks. You shake your head. "Oh. Well, that needs to change!" she sits up and grabs your talons. "Come! Come!!"
Early Life
Sahara, like another dragon in the kingdom, was not hatched from an egg, and instead started out as an enchanted stuffed dragon made for a hatchling named Berry. Berry had fallen for the toy and told his mother he wished she was a real dragon like him. He wished and wished and wished, asking for this to come true to the Deities every night. They eventually granted his wish, bringing the yellow plush guardian to life. He woke up and a massive dragon laying on his floor. Her wings brushed the ceiling as she breathed, her pink eyes locked on him. He stared at her before running to hug her, telling her he loved her over and over. She smiled and hugged him back, happy to be loved.
Being a guardian, Sahara is one of the largest dragons in the kingdom. Her husband Berry is a large amount smaller than her. His head only comes up to her shoulder, but she spends most of her time lounging in the sun with him so her size matters quite little. She loves to cuddle with him and actually ended up being the first animated toy in the kingdom.
