Karra is the offspring of Kethlan and an emissary of another Arcane clan, he holds a large amount of magic in his veins, but his growth is stunted, despite his imperial heritage he appears forever young. He is jealous of his brother, Gamzee, who grew into a fine imperial, but he tries not to hold grudges.

He is a student of the Amethyst Spire and has been learning to control his magic as he has grown with Clan Quills. He also spends time learning to treat with other clans, certain respects and manners, how to comport himself in the presence of leaders. He struggles a bit, as he is technically an adult, but he also has such a tiny sweet voice, it is hard to be taken seriously sometimes.

Over the clan's Trickmurk Circus celebrations a Corven emissary by the name of Tenga settled in with the clan to encourage peace with their neighboring Corven and Raptorik clans. Tenga has also taken Karra as his protege in respect to traditions of the Corven and how to interact safely with each other and larger dragons. They have a solid relationship already, with great potential for uniting other clans.
