Kethlan's mother, Corlianna, was one of the first members brought in by Quillian, now he is the only one who remains, Cor and his daughter, Nasu, have moved to a new lair as emissaries of Clan Quills. Kethlan is reserved and kind, always listening and providing comfort, advice, or simply a very large shoulder to lean on as needed. He is the first on the scene of a conflict, with Kimsworth usually not far behind in case a healer is needed. Keth uses his size and his long standing in the clan to end most internal confrontations quickly and with an ease of negotiation most of the socially challenged scholars can only wonder at.

He is also the sole emissary of the clan, though he has not had to put his post to use of late as there has been few alliances and contacts with other groups of dragons at this time.

Carrie the Glowing Pocket Mouse

• His pocket mouse, Carrie, has been with him since he was a very young hatchling, the alchemists were able to brew a potion that helps extend the small creature's life span. It does not appear to work on elderly dragons, sadly.

• He's been with the clan longer, but Nadir and Zenith, the other resident Imperials, make him feel nervous and insecure, not that he would ever admit it aloud.

• The clan only has two allied clans at this point, and he has yet to make a visit to either, much to his own chagrin

In his time in The Heroes Forge Kethlan placed a new game of politics between two clans sharing a rather small island. He also found love. Upon arriving he was greeted by the leaders of the arcane clan and found out about their neighboring ally Mavricka's Clan. During his time he celebrated the riot of rot holiday and met a young dreg named Koralee. He left with a son, and two new clans to ally with.
