- wary at first of the archive, he kept to himself, a habit that never really left him
- however, patroklos' mate, danail, sparked his interest in alchemy
- the ways of a researcher didn't suit him, however, as he possessed no true drive to question and create
- thus, he contented himself with the rank of archivist
