"but why? It's just plants. That can't have any nutritious value whatsoever.”

"I can't eat meat, you know this from that time you made me eat a bird."

"I thought that was just because it was dead!"

“What?! Of course not! I'm a herbivore!"

”I HAVE FUR, VENOM. IM WARM ENOUGH.”

"THAT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THIS! YOU NEED ENERGY!"

”IF YOU COULDNT TELL, I DONT DO MUCH!”

Venom and Eddie Brock showed up kind of out of the blue one day, and Primrose just sort of let them in. Venom refuses to leave Eddie alone for any amount of time, so trying to talk to Eddie alone is nearly impossible to do. He also seems to think 'parasite' is an insult. Strange.

Venom is a mirror dragon, but is very unlike his breed. Not surprising, for I don't quite follow the guidelines either. My problem is the extra teeth and white markings. It might be a skin, but Katerina won't tell me anything, so I need to do some snooping. He usually refers to himself as 'we,' but sometimes will simply use 'I'. I had Primrose ask Eddie about this, and he said it was because he was referring to him and Eddie, not just himself. Very strange behavior. He also refuses to talk about where he is from, but I assumes it's somewhere in the Southern Icefield?

Venom doesn't eat much more than live fish and rodents, refusing anything that is dead. I can't figure out why, but Eddie reassured Primrose that it is just how he works, so we aren't that worried. One of the few things he does eat that isn't alive is chocolate, and he isn't that hard to bribe. He always seems to be hungry, so I wonder if he has some bogsneak lineage or something.

Eddie is much more of an open dragon, and is one of the few who has a last name. He says he's from Earth, obviously, but he was living on the outskirts of the Hewn City before he moved here. He prefers a more fauna-rich diet, and it is the bases of quite a few arguments he and Venom have. Eddie says that he's hiding from some people he got into trouble with who were based in the Carrion Canyon, but Primrose didn't press for further details. I understand.

Eddie seems to have some sort of genetic problem with his wings, so he can't fly. He's also deathly afraid of heights, so I suppose the lack of flight isn't too bad for him. Mentioning this around Eddie proved to aggravate Venom even after Primrose tried to ask him about it out of Venom's earshot.
