Make no mistake about the dark colors Topaz prefers to don, this mute Skydancer has quite an eye for colorful gemstones. She happens to be Delta's charge.
Topaz uses sign language to communicate, and as such, all dragon of this clan are required to learn it. The sign for her own name is that for "diamond", as for Delta, it happens to be the sign for "frog". You see, upon first meeting the princess, she got excited over Jack and had ended up signing "frog" so many times that Delta came under the impression that it meant hello.
Under all the stress, she's a very kind-hearted soul, if not somewhat blunt. And of course, she always carries around a few gemstones. When asked, she responds about something to do with chakra.
Topaz thinks her daughter's rivalry with Hummingbird's cousin is funny, and encourages it. She claims there's nothing wrong with a friendly rivalry, after all. The stony war general wholeheartedly disagrees with this, causing tension between the two clanmates. Sending each other passive-aggressive looks as they pass in the hallways are commonplace nowadays.
