STORY
Ice reflects light, but does not doesn't allow a reflection to be seen. It's something cold, solid, and strong. When left alone in it's environment it can last for thousands of years, barely changing. For this reason, no one calls the Ice Flight the most emotionally competent. But even ice can melt, turning into something completely different and still the same.

Despair came from a clan that was highly respected. Working for the Frostwarden, they most often hunted down the monsters that broke his laws. She was the clan darling, showing potential to become an amazing bounty hunter, perhaps even one of the best. This was not to happen. Instead she found a love for music and writing, wanting to devote her life to that. It was a disappointment but she was encouraged to do whatever made her happiest.

There was a Beastclan poet that Despair struck up a friendship with. They would trade stories, critique each other's work, and disuses all kind of things. Those who know the history of Beastclans and the Ice Clans won't be surprised to learn that it only ended in tragedy.

The loss of her mentor, her dearest friend caused her to turn away from her family. She traveled for a long time, and met another traveler who called herself Sorrow. Despair wasn't in any position to tease her name, since she also named herself. Sorrow was going to some tiny clan in the Shifting Expanse, a place that no one had ever heard of.

Now she lives in a place where she's not the disappointment for wanting to write. Where she's fallen in love with a beautiful Tundra, who's more like ice than Despair ever was.
