Aurelia

A crisp wind carrying the spicy smell of fallen leaves. The golden chill of an autumn sunrise. The comforting crackle of a hearthfire during a storm. The shiver of dangerous excitement felt at midnight beneath a full moon.

Aurelia is all of these things, and more. The daughter of an autumn spirit born on All Hallow’s Eve, she is in part an embodiment of the changing seasons, with a personality as bright and warm as the sunshine in early fall. Her friendliness and cheerful attitude warms her to people easily, and she likes to be around them. While her love of traveling makes maintaining friendships difficult, she never has trouble creating new ones. She is also exceptionally magically gifted, not only skilled in Light magic as her golden eyes would suggest, but also in manipulating the weather in small ways, such as encouraging frost to creep over the ground or creating small gusts of wind.

Aurelia had a comfortable upbringing in the Ever-Autumn forest, assisting her father with small chores around his general store. He made a valiant effort to teach her the basics of running a small business, but his daughter was more interested in playing in the woods or flying above the colorful forest canopy. Acanthus knew from the start she was more her mother’s child, given to wanderlust and with a love of the natural world she was born into. He loved Aurelia, and her cheerful attitude made her a boon to customer service, but he knew he wouldn’t have her forever - and when she came to him telling him she wanted to travel, he gave her his blessing and told her to visit often.
