SANELA - Berserker

Brutal Headdress Crooked Hatchet Weathered Scale Tassets

She was born to a land of survival, and she will die before she gives up her heritage.

The Scarred Wastelands are brutal, boiling over with all manner of death and disease, but Sanela is strong. That's what matters when the slightest scratch can fester and the smallest cough can bring you to your knees: despite all odds, you must find the strength to survive, and Sanela has committed herself to that.

She tests herself in battle, a show of prowess even the Plaguebringer cannot miss. Her scars are trophies, proof that she has not yet succumbed, and that in the survival of the fittest, she is among the very best. Surely her deity looks down on her with fierce pride, this child of her domain, steeped in death and decay and all the stronger for it. Surely her deity is fond of the ferocity and courage she takes into battle with her.

But Sanela lies awake at night, sometimes wondering what life would be like if she did not have to survive, what it might be like to settle, to thrive. That is the talk of the Gladekeeper's lackeys, though, and she is better than that, far better.

Sanela is strong, not soft, and she dares anyone who thinks otherwise to challenge her in battle. They will soon change their minds.
