"I want to apply for the job to guard the gates!" That was the first thing young Selvans said when he laid his paws into the clan. Selvans had always loved to stand watch, 'You'll grab first news, watch the first rays of light greet the plains, see the first flower bloom.' he says. "You get to witness the first of everything, and that itself is a blessing." Selvans approached the clan with a snarky little Spiral, and how did the two become the best of friends was always a mystery to the others. Selvans is responsible and utterly loves his job as a sentry. Apollo on the other hand isn't keen to have a job. |
| As a dragonling, Selvans believed in the Raiders. He was told that the Raiders were big mean dragons that steal from clans when no one is protecting them. The Raiders exceptionally loved to nab young dragons such as himself. He doesn't know exactly what they would need young dragons for, but he was told that they feast on the flesh of the young to keep them immortal. Selvans shivered in fear at the thought of the Raiders catching him or Apollo! |

Then a thought came to him. If there was always a guard at the gates, the Raiders couldn't come now, could they? After all, it was a Raiders' honor to only steal from the unguarded. With a firm nod, Selvans had decided then and there that he will take on the brave role of a sentry. Yes! It is a noble job, and Selvans would not have it any other way. "I deem myself the protector of the Woodlands!" "Yeah, whatever." Apollo replies with a lack of interest. |
Selvans as a Gijinka
Selvans is 16 human years. He has Amber-hazel eyes and blond curls dyed green. He's fairly pale, with some freckles and is often seen wearing a camo coat. Regardless where he is or what he's wearing, Selvans always has a stalk of flower with him. It's for the pretty maidens he greets along the way, or so he says.
