Neon Nights - Azucar is a very carefree dragon that loves to celebrate. she thinks that one should party whenever. yes even in situations where a dragon would think: "now is not the right time and place." Azucar is obsessed with celebrating death, she was trained by a witch to reanimate skeletons and let them rise from their graves. she is enarmored with anything colourful and bright. her markings are blacklight which glows in the dark.

AZUCAR is very eye-catching! her, alongside the rest of the radioactive trio <:o) azucar's colors and lore, specifically, remind me of one of my favorite holidays: dia de los muertos [translated: day of the dead]! the day holds a special place in my heart for personal reasons, but regardless, i do have a big soft spot for radioactive-black dragons!!

I love Azucar! The idea that this lady is huge on partying and raves is just really cool to me. Her colors perfectly match it as well. It’s just what you’d imagine at 2:00 AM while partying in a RAVE, with bodies of people joined together in simultaneous dance. I wondered just what type of festivals she organizes, since it doesn’t seem to be specified. Like, is it like the chaotic raves or the super formal balls and dances? One would fit her appearance, the other would just be ironic haha.
