|| She Who Whirls the Trident ||

Although the cyborg provided the might, and the owlish philosopher, the laws, it was Corycia who originated the idea to found a colony here, and she is looked upon by all as its leader in the management of the commercial affairs that define these dragons’ way of life.

Name: Corycia (the name of a naiad in Greek myth; chiefly a reference to the Corycian Cave, a site in Greece where the best saffron was said to be found)
Alias: Corycia Dikaiosyne ("Corycia the Just"); Cory

Notes:
Collects fares from the merchants in exchange for protection from pirates and plunderers, enforces fair trading practices, and collects taxes from the residents. Beside that, she seldom interferes with the merchants’ business, but provides funding for the arts and other leisure activities.
