Hecate

The unholy offspring of Feis and Valda herself, Hecate is growing into a fine necromancer.

Feis was wandering the Forum one day looking for rotting corpses and interesting mycelium and witnessed a many-eyed monstrosity hatch from her egg alongside some still-rocking eggs. Feis was suddenly struck by inspiration, and snatched the little girl from her nest while her parents weren't looking. Valda, Feis' beloved mate, would surely love an offspring to pass her Ways unto.

Hecate was then brought before Valda and after many seconds, the gooping monstrosity grinned her sharp-toothed grin and said "Of course! She will be called Hecate, because it sounds cool." And she profusely thanked her grinning mate, and Feis was happy, and it was good.

Together they taught Hecate the ways of necromancy, and now Hecate's specialty is raising the dead as puppets. She actually rose Thrace from her stony grave in Euryale's statue garden, and now the large moving statue is her forever friend.

Euryale was furious. Though a powerful mage in her own right, she fears Valda and has no desire to anger her by doing anything to her daughter. And everyone still remembers the time Feis flew into a rage when The Cult actually managed to harm Valda... dark days. Regardless, she let this transgression slide. After all, what's one statue missing among countless others?
