Steeljaw was pretty typical for a Mirror. He'd roved around the Scarred Wasteland, forming packs with other Mirrors when required to survive, but he'd been listless - never really feeling like he had a home. Then he'd met Brys and everything had kind of clicked into place for him. His home was wherever Brys was, and he would follow his friend to the ends of the world and further if that's what was asked of him.

The two had similarities in their personalities - both had their bouts of agressiveness and could get peevish around strangers, but where Brys was calmer and sometimes uncertain, bearing a quiet strength that some found intimidating, Steeljaw was loud and brash and wasn't against using his bulk to threaten. He loved challenges, and would rush in and take out anyone he thought might be a danger to Brys. No one was allowed to mess with his friend, not so long as he was alive.
