Playful by nature, Tempest is a rather lighthearted dragon, to lighthearted some might say for the guards. Naturally it was Lixian who saw potential in him, feeling that though the dragon was playful, there was a potential to be a great warrior within him. It probably did help his case along that not only is Tempest another spiral, but he is also from the lightning flight. The two shared a bond almost instantly and as the hatchling grew under Lixian's care their relationship closely resembled that of a father and a son.

As Lixian grew he seemed to embrace ideals that Lixian held close to himself. He is a kind dragon, who will still his blade unless it is imperative that he strike. He just wants people to get along and is just as distressed as Lixian about the chaos that has been tearing threw the lair recently. Though he is still young, he is doing his best to help play peacekeeper between Runic and Tesla, for it seems that their patience with each other is swiftly wearing thin.

When he is not training Tempest has a fondness for the music and the arts. He has gone to both Magpie's and Scarlet's shows, along with occasionally borrowing books from Erembour who trusts him to return them to him in good condition. He also is one of the few that admits to on occasion going to watch the performances from the Circus of Mirth. It seems that whatever negative energy hovers within those walls has not influence on him since he retains all of his memories when he returns from the showings.

Rona has not meet with Tempest as of yet, deeming him a bit to young to need to speak to on a personal basis. Though their goal is to get to know every member of the lair, they admit that at the moment they are slightly busy, with the whole Darkwing cult incident and simply do not have time to meet the newer members of the lair.

Tempest is not a shy dragons and has made his fair share of friends throughout the lair. He is on very close terms with Lixian of course, but he also takes time to talk to Wendell, who he seems to feel close to as well as Dio and oddly enough Luna. In all honesty though he is fairly close to most in the lair, excluding the Retrieval guild who he seems to dislike.

Though he is still very young, he insists that he has given his heart away already, but he has been very coy about who he has given it to. He will not mention names, but he says that getting to know this particular dragon is very difficult. He has expressed irritation to both Dio and Lixian about this problem, though he has not mentioned names, only that they are very busy with work and it seems to be impossible to tear them away from work. He also seems frustrated by an age gap they have, citing this as a possible thing preventing his crush from speaking with him.
