Biography
The Pariah
Orev, one of Thasa's twin firstborn sons, cuts a lonely and misshapen figure. Once proud and beautiful, Orev was outspoken in his opposition to Sheatrima. Eventually, he ran too far afoul of his grandmother's temper; Sheatrima beat the fight out of him, breaking one of his wings and horribly scarring his face. When the brutal spectacle was over, she left his broken body in the middle of the camp, to serve as an example to her enemies and allies alike.
It's widely believed the encounter knocked something loose in his head, because Orev was never the same. He so hated the pity evoked by his scars that he fled the dens, instead choosing to reside in a secluded hollow. There's only one visitor he welcomes; Teavra comes and goes as fae pleases, offering companionship in an otherwise-lonely world. They speak little, but share much, and Orev loves his children as best he can from afar.
