Cosmo the Wizard
Cosmo is the strongest magic wielder in the clan (much to Pluto's dismay). He has the power to change landscapes and cause natural disasters with the wave of his magic staff. Luckily he only uses his powers for the good of dragon kind. Though he even forbids himself to fight against monsters, claiming it would be "unfair".
