It was pretty difficult to narrow down to a singular dragon, but this fellow managed to stand out the most.
I'm a huge sucker for natural or muted palettes, with Latte being one of my absolute favourites. In particular, the combination of Tapir/Striation works really well as a visceral-looking base for his bold Ghost tertiary. There's such an ancient, desert-dwelling vibe about the entire design, and I love how unique it is.
Also, the accent really makes him pop- it adds just enough to tell a visual story, without being overwhelming and omitting the natural genetics.
I can easily envision Phantom resting amongst an ancient ruin sight, the atmosphere fogged by swirling dust. Imposing bone chimes clatter unnerving songs, whilst relics of magic rest carefully in a half-moon around him. There's an untold, reverent power that emanates and resonates from his whispered words, that only his grinning skulls can truly understand.
