He is a young adult dragon, about 25 in draconic years, with shiny olive scales, yellow belly scales, a venomous stinger on his tail, and long bone horns which curve backward slightly. His eyes are an iridescent goldenrod color, and his wing/tail fins are the same color as his underbelly. His dragon-breath is a damaging stream of magic which may rarely poison the target with his powerful sleeping/paralysis venom, but he usually uses his tail to poison a foe.

He lives in a distant, mechanical city in the clouds built by a group of The Gifted and supporters of magical creatures. He prefers not to keep a hoard but his ability to appraise and evaluate treasure is exceptional, he just doesn't feel the need to keep any treasure he finds.

He has a "don't know don't care" attitude but isn't mean or bratty, he just tolerates and gets along with most people, and doesn't really care what they do as long as they don't get themselves or others hurt. As such, he doesn't really show if he's happy and his anger is usually short-lived.

"Yeah, alright. Do whatever, just don't kill yourself okay?"
