Owlcat Journal 		Nyx is a quiet, timid imperial who prefers to keep to herself than be in the company of others. Scared of what her powers could do, she tries to withdraw from most interaction to try and avoid any harm coming to others.

She is, almost exclusively in a near constant state of fear and anxiety, battling with the ever-present demon in her head as it hisses words of what will go wrong.

This demon too, is another reason why she tries to keep draconic interaction to a minimum. Although she can’t remember how or why she became host to the dark entity, she knows that if even for a moment, being released from the confines of her head could cause devastation.

And it would be all her fault.

As Nyx battles to keep the demon suppressed in her head, she is almost eternally tired, prone to passing out and, overall is quite weak and easily overpowered by external sources, although has grown much stronger in the battle against her demon.

She is motivated solely by her kindness and genuine love of all things, feeling dutybound to protect them, even to her own detriment. Nyx does not complain or fight against whatever is harming her, believing that it is better for her to suffer than for others to be in her place.

Lloyd of course doesn't share the same outlook, spending a large amount of his time around her giving pep talks and trying to convince her to stand up for herself. Also trying to figure out how to successfully separate her from the demon without anything terrible happening.

So far it isn't going great.
