Santi has an important job- one paid for in gems, apologies, and occasional tutoring by Grenfell as recompense/community service for said dragon’s uh...previous work. After all Santi is undoing his previous work, meaning that he’s the one to store, catalogue, handle and mostly destroy all of the enchanted objects and magic infused bones that have been left lying around the City. One of his favored inventions of his own making is nullification cloth, a specialty woven item that can allow people to pick up cursed items safely. He's also come up with handling, safety and storage procedures, keeping items which may be of use, valueable or educational. These are of course all stored in his warehouse- something he's very particular about. He may have enlisted West's help in adding a few anti theft items, so it's recommended very strongly that you ask Santi before entering. And really, really: do not touch anything. Santi’s an unworried sort. One has to be when working with the remains of the dead that occasionally decide to spit spirits at you. He generally goes about his job in the manner of a professional who knows it does no good to be in a hurry- hurrying just gets you to accidentally touch something nasty that could cause you to want you to hurl yourself out a window, and Santi doesn’t need that in his life. Come to him if you need something analyzed and don’t want to deal with Grenfell (and really, who could blame you there?). -He's fond of West, if only because if you need someone to come up something that will definitely work, West is most assuredly your man -Occasionally asks for Demo's help and to watch the place when he's away, though he does worry that her plant growth could put her in danger should it accidentally brush against something -Has a specialty cart pulled by iron golems that he uses to transport materials and things destined for incineration -After working here for so long he's gone from politely asking people to hand him things to basically swatting them with a rolled newspaper and telling them to put it the hell down.
