Biography
Alto and Dusk were, perhaps, the first members of the clan who were completely expected.
It had been a long time since the clan had first been made, and it was a long away away from some sticks, sap and two wayward dragons fumbling their way along with an unexpected child. The "dam" had become a multi-layered, multi-roomed mishmash of things; an inn for travellers, a place for traders to sell wares (for a small fee, of course), a foster home, a sanctuary... Always busy, always being built and rebuilt, with cousins and siblings and children all working together in harmony. Things were peaceful, safe and prosperous.
In this swell of good fortune and calm tidings, Cirrus and Kalen decided that they would very much like some more hatchlings around the place.
They had two children. One, they named Dusk for his dark colouration that reminded them of the dark nights (and it only seemed fitting given that they had a Dawn, they should have a Dusk too), the other they named Alto, after Cirrus's sister. None of her family had any idea where she'd gone, and she wasn't sure exactly where she was in relation to them either, so it seemed a good way to remember her in case they never again crossed paths.

Alto is rather boisterous for a fae, and especially loud; amongst all the much larger dragons, she feels the need to be as visible as them, and if she can't do it with her size, it must be with her voice... And her clothing choices. Subtlety, as she says, is for the dead.
(It's a common source of amusement amongst the clan members to discuss what would happen if Intermezzo and Alto were both stuck in the same room, and which would eventually outdo the other. In truth they mostly just try to avoid one another; Intermezzo because she doesn't want to bring down the wrath of Cirrus by trying to outshine her progeny and thus outshining her, and Alto because she also doesn't want to bring down the wrath of Cirrus by disturbing the peace of the clan with a rivarly.)
Even if she's a bit overbearing, she's perfectly friendly when you are paying attention to her, and won't try to distract you from anything that looks important, such as rebuilding dam walls, looking after hatchlings or negotiating prices.
She's young still, and hasn't really decided on what exactly it is she will do, but she has plenty of time to figure it out.
