Obsessed with the clan's stores, Minima rations everything. She insists on controlling the amount of food each dragon gets and they have to earn food according to her bizarre, incomprehensible, unwritten parameters. She will punish those that try to steal from her the rations, but since no one can actually get enough to eat from her, most tend to hunt and gather more on their own. It's better that way for everyone, anyway. Food in the Scarred Wasteland does not keep for long.

Minima's role is to procure refreshments and occasionally stir up some entertainment.
