Rheali

Rheali is an aggressive diplomat and a master of fostering plausible deniability. She acts as a sort of public relations director, but for a clan like Moonwake, her role usually amounts to preventing word of the clan's many anomalies from reaching the ears of more sinister interests. She has devised a technique (she insists it is not a spell) that disguises a dragon's visible anomalies as their closest equivalent non-anomalous trait. It cannot dispel actual anomalous effects, but it causes anomalous traits to appear as normal genes, apparel, or in the most dire cases, an accent. The technique's effectiveness varies by location. It has virtually no effect within Moonwake's borders and within other clans that house anomalous dragons, but works perfectly in commonly-traveled areas such as the Trading Post and within clans that do not house any anomalous dragons. Should this technique fail, Rheali is unafraid to use such tactics as bribery, coercion, and if worst comes to worst, forcing a dragon through Daigan's gate.
