Description: Subject is hostile to any and all personnel that they have come into contact with. From minimal performed testing post-incident (see below) subject was proven to possess telekinetic and telepathic abilities.

Notes
  • Pre-incident subject was tested and found to possess some form of blood-manipulation, if in minor quantities. Subject also displayed strong potential in magic abilities with high intelligence. These abilities carried over and were strengthened post-incident.
  • Subject was placed in Level 2 containment, did not have permission to roam freely around the facility, only left containment cell for testing, yet somehow the subject escaped their cell and traveled down all nine levels of the facility without being subdued or detected and discovered Subject #18. A power outage followed, backup generators came online, and cameras surrounding Subject #18’s containment cell were displaying static. Subject #38 was found missing ten minutes later and a security team was dispatched to the lower levels on a hunch. Subject #38 was discovered having a seizure in front of Subject #18’s containment. The subject was promptly removed, and personnel reported hearing laughter and seeing hallucinations of glowing green eyes. After the incident, Subject #38 displayed exclusively hostile and rabid behaviors, very similarly to Subject #28. Investigations are still being made into how Subject #38 breached containment and reached Subject #18 in the first place without triggering alarms or alerting personnel.
