Vulcan has never encountered a device which he cannot fix.

Deep inside of him, there's an itch he cannot scratch, a thirst he cannot quench, a desire that burns brighter than the Ashfall Waste. It runs through his veins. It flows within his lungs. It hums in tune with the beat of his heart.

Electricity runs through his veins, crackling and thrumming below his scales, and he's long since fallen in love with it. He loves the brilliant light of a coursing blue spark, and he loves that constant danger of electrocution.

Electricity cannot be controlled. It is wild, and it is dangerous, and it is thrilling.

Vulcan wouldn't try to tame it, or control it, or rob it of its power. Rather, he's dedicated his life to learning how to work with it.

The current is his friend.

He knows the current as well as he knows himself. He knows it, and he's learned to work with it, and he can convince it to do whatever he wants.

He can't stop moving, fidgeting, tinkering. His claws are always busy, fiddling with something or other, and he just can't stop.

Not that he'd ever want to stop; he loves the thrill of creation, the satisfaction of taking something useless and making it whole again.

With nothing more than an Iron Wrench, a Handful of Sprockets, and some Borer Scrapmetal, he can make anything. He can fix anything.

He can create anything.
