WEIR
Weir's lotus gardens are but a short flight from The Plaza, and so his daily routine involves picking up a pot of daisy tea before he starts the daily garden maintenance. Keeping fussy lotuses alive in the wasteland is no small feat, and Weir spends a great deal of time purifying waters and breeding in hardier strains that can absorb the vitriol without wilting. The resulting flowers aren't particularly edible, but they do possess an eerie beauty, and when Weir finishes the day's work he can be found without fail in the central gazebo, gazing at his little patch of sanity.
