Speckled was raised to have an appreciation for everyone, no matter where they came from. With parents who worked forging relationships and allegiance with clans all over Sornieth, she was taught that diplomacy, kindness and compassion are valuable traits. As she grew older, her parents encouraged her to pursue her own interests. She soon found she greatly enjoyed working with hatchlings and young dragons.

She left her birth clan when she was old enough to travel, eager to build herself a life of her own. She didn't have to go far to find home. She found a young wind clan with an energy and spirit she absolutely adored and she very quickly settled in, making lots of friends. In addition to helping dragons prepare for nests and teaching hatchlings important skills, Speckled is a born leader and is very quick to suggest ways to improve structures and systems in the clan. She is a very confident, caring dragon, though she can be a bit stubborn and prideful at times.
