a myriad of strangers and supernatural beings that haunt them.
AKkRQwX.png The Citadel was first founded by The Ursurper, Leviticus. It is a lesser-known haven for what society labels as freaks, strangers, and the others that haunt them. It is widely known throughout the Citadel that they are freaks, but it is not said out loud. The people here are strange, to say the least, and they fear and revile the outside world. The strangers are known for their ritualistic society, and it is said that their culture is built on blood and bones. They elect their leaders in a grand gladiatorial fight to the death, and the current leader is one called The Cage, a fearsome woman who leads alongside her husband, Jewels. The I.C.G captain, albeit the temporary one, is Liche Frost, the former switch-in personal guard to the royal heirs.

The Citadel has a more organized society than you might think,
fiHkaBS.png The Firestar Clan: The Blindsiders have close ties to the Firestar Clan due to leaders from both clans being involved in a romantic relationship.
Clan of Drifting Icecaps: As a popular holiday spot, the Blindsiders are always more than interested to keep the Clan of Drifting Icecaps close for whenever the agents need a break from the Undercity.
Clan Vigilight: Popular client of the Blindsiders, the society has good ties with Vigilight for providing them work. The Blindsiders also import a good lot of their alcohol from Vigilight.
The Bastipn: Another exporter of goods, the Blindsiders aren't particularly close to them, though they do enjoy getting their goods from them.
Clan of the Broken Bone Tower: The society's mercs have found themselves chasing and hunting for their targets along the border, leading them to discover a welcoming spring. While not all of the clan has interacted with them, Consoleglitch is more than happy to keep them as a close friend.
