Ralayan, Flight Originator:

Ralayan was once a mirror dragon typical of her breed with a voracious appetite and desire to hunt. To put it delicately, she was also never the brightest bulb in the bunch. Due to a blood bound curse, she is unable to leave the Shadowbinder's realm for long, leading her to settle and begin a particularly irreverent flight that ignores the Shadowbinder unless they want something. The moment the flight was established, she went right back to hunting, returning only to show off trophies, assuage the symptoms of her curse, mate, and lay. One day while hunting she found a scroll... and promptly ate it (not the first scroll she ate, either). Thus, she became a ridgeback!

Unfortunately, becoming a ridgeback didn't make her any smarter and only grew her massive appetite. On the bright side, she has none of the natural ridgeback aversion to water, and none of the annoying digging habits.

She MUST be watched around eggs and newly born hatchlings, her own included, lest she decide they look like food.
