Xaviera and his mate Deathsinger are some of the Avivoryss Kingdom's oldest residents, having originally found the kingdom as a fledgling clan carved into a few small caverns in the abyss.

A decent amount of their hatchlings have ended up heading further into the abyss, with many developing abilities not typical for most dragons, much less Plague dragons. Nobody's quite sure why this happens, since Xaviera and Deathsinger are normal dragons, and other pairs who've had nests in the Avivoryss Kingdom haven't experienced similar oddities.
