"King Cobra"
An extremely arcane Fallen and the Kell of the House of Dusk, she was forced to ally with the Darkness-consumed Fallen Elf called Venimir when he threatened her House, already so devastated by the war with Oryx and the Taken, then turned the threat on her directly, catching the House's attention. Telriva has no desire to stay aligned with the Darkness but at the moment has no choice. She is very protective in nature, both over her own Fallen and others that gain her liking. Vex is one of these and ends up adopted by the entire House of Dusk once Telriva takes her in and shelters her. Those taken in (not already of the House of Dusk, usually) are called the Dusk Cobra Brood.
