Zulma
— "healthy and vigorous" —

Backstory
Zulma wouldn't deny that they felt angry when their sister, Galen, was announced to be blind by the clan healer. They were skeptical of the healer's skills. A healer was supposed to heal, so why couldn't their sister be fixed. Zulma's parents blamed the voice that had supposedly spoken at their hatching. The larger of the nestmates still blamed the healer.

Because of Galen's disability, Zulma was tasked with watching their sister as hatchlings. It was more of a claw-full than their parents prepared them for, as Galen loved to wander. Galen's troublesome nature had the two too far from their clan lair, Zulma shouting at their sister until a large shadow loomed over them. An Imperial dragoness introduced herself to the two qits, asking if perhaps they were orphaned and lost. Asking if they'd like to join her on her courier task.

Zulma tried to explain their situation, but Galen had already climbed onto the Imperial's back. Zulma frightfully joined their sister, too terrified at the prospect of this dragon perhaps leaving without their and taking their sister.

However, when the three arrived in the Arcane clan that Evangeline was visiting, Zulma was fasniated with all the dragons. By the time Evangeline announced that it was time to leave, Zulma explained that she wanted to stay. The clan's leader had already agreed to her joining.

Galen promised to come with the Imperial Courier to visit her sister each time a message needed to be delivered.
