Halloween is the spirit of the holiday of Halloween. Other dragons don't know if he was named after the holiday of if he had another name before he was known as Halloween.
Halloween only shows himself to dragons in the month of October. Through out the month of October Halloween brings with him crisp fall, Pumpkin, scary tales and costumes. He also like to cause a fright for a good laugh.
