Prym is usually rather quiet and prefers to observe rather than participate. His nose is almost always buried in some ancient tome or weathered book of myths. He is constantly on the lookout for any new magical knowledge.

Because of his sheltered upbringing, Prym doesn't enjoy many of the activities that captivate other Mirrors. He is actually quite weak and cannot run very far. Instead, he prefers exercises of the brain rather than of the body, which tends to baffle others. He often sits alone in his nest, either reading or solving puzzles.

Very soft-spoken, it is not uncommon for Prym to be misheard. Luckily, he is quite patient and doesn't seem to mind explaining himself a second or third time. Even so, he prefers to listen anyway and often doesn't make an effort to make his opinions known.

B I O G R A P H Y

From birth, it was quite clear that Prym was something special. His eyes were glossed over with stars and magical runes traced themselves on his scales. Afraid, his parents contacted the best clerics and mages in the Arcane Flight to examine their son. Luckily, they recieved good news: Prym had been specially selected by the Arcanist himself before his birth and harbored spectacular powers as a result.

As a young hatchling, Prym was sent off to study under a powerful sorcerer who worked in the Observatory. The sorcerer gladly took him as his apprentice and began teaching him all he knew. Prym thrived in this environment and soaked up the knowledge like a sponge. He was even allowed to visit the Arcanist, if only once. After some years, the sorcerer had finally taught Prym everything he possibly could. So, he sent Prym out into the world to seek new knowledge.

Prym wandered for a while, finally exiting the Starfall Isles for the first time in his life. He discovered a white tome just as he left. Intrigued, he infused it with magic, giving it wings, and commanded it to follow him. He and the tome didn't end up traveling far. They halted on the Windswept Plateau and settled with a growing clan there. That clan later moved to Dragonhome, though the change didn't upset Prym in the least. If anything, he was excited to see a new part of the world.
