Observations & Notes:

Subject #0947's abilities were not discovered till she was almost an adult. She was formerly under the alias of 'Silver' but when it was discovered that her ability was speed based it was changed to 'Quicksilver' to better describe her.

Quicksilver moves very fast. Faster than most dragons can track with their eyes. She tends to be viewed while running as a silver-grey blur. When she uses her abilities to move quickly she leaves a thin trail in the air of silver sparkling dust. This dust has been confirmed to be bits of her shining hair and scales, pulled off in her running. It seems that it is not violently removed, but merely what was already falling off being removed just a little early.

Quicksilver has increased perception to match her physical speed. The faster she is moving the faster she thinks. This has the detrimental effect of leaving her mind slower than a normal dragon's when she is sitting still. This has pushed Subject #0947 to be constantly in motion. She hates sitting still, and when faced with a difficult intellectual problem she will start to run or pace in circles at heightened speeds.
