Being born in the Shifting Expanse, Wilste was introduced to lightning upon being hatched out of his egg. The bright flashes of lightning, followed by loud booms of thunder never scared him. They only fascinated him. As he grew, he threw himself into lightning studies, and how it worked, and how he could eventually harness it to use for everyday things. Lighting up dens, lighting up lairs, giving robotic androids a charge to last for days, even months. He only wants to harness lightning for good. He knows very well that his knowledge can be used for evil (using lightning for weapons and such), but he vows never to go down that path. His scientific research is only for those that wish to help the populace, not control them.
