Born to a perfumer and a witch of the dawn, each renowned talents in their fields, this child wanted for nothing. Their fathers lavished them with affection, leaving no wish of theirs ungranted.

However, love was not the only gift they were given. From Jasmine, they learned good business sense, and developed a keen understanding of Sornieth’s market; from Hyacinth, they learned magical history, theory, and its practical application in a progressive world. Thusly, they face the future armed with the knowledge necessary to make it their own.

The road to home is sometimes a long one, but their nest grows smaller by the day. They must forge a path for themselves among their kin, and find the place where they are needed most.

Delphinium is the perfect archetype of the rebellious middle child. Stifled by his elder sibling’s orderly mannerisms, and driven mad by his younger sibling’s reliance on him, he soon found himself seeking independence through identity. He became desperate to separate himself from his nestmates, and took increasingly outrageous measures in cultivating his individuality. Even after leaving home, he continues to crave uniqueness, and distinguishes himself from his peers by any means necessary.

His individualism has cultivated talents in unusual fields, such as tattoo artistry, modernization, and the occult. He finds the rare and unexplained fascinating, feeling a natural draw toward that which is not well-understood, and is extremely forward-thinking. You would do well to place him in a position that allows him to freely express himself, or to encourage others to do likewise.
