Biography

Claiming to see the future, Nyx was accepted into the clan for her abilities. A time-toucher, as some call it. She weaves together prophecies that she claims to be true in the far future- hundreds if not thousands of years away. When clanmates grow suspicious, she manages to throw them off her scent with a vague jumble of words that can be interpreted in any way. While some remain weary of her, some are taken in completely by her claims, including her mate, Varkas.

She and Varkas became mates shortly after meeting, when Varkas chose her to be the one thing he protects above all else, and carried out his duties when naysayers doubted her and attempted an attack. Nyx, charmed by his belief in her, and by his loyalty, asked for his life to be tied together with hers. He accepted enthusiastically, and they've been together since.

What most don't know, though, is that while Nyx makes up her prophecies, there are rare moments where visions of the future and past both haunt her. Unable to understand them or piece them together into a whole, complete image, she tends to ignore them in favor of her falsities.
