- - - Gecko is a mischievous fella who always seems to be up to no good. He enjoys playing pranks, presenting riddles, and performing entire plays on his own. Most of his mischief is meant to entertain his mate, Bandit, who could use a few laughs to ease her otherwise cold and serious demeanor. Bandit enjoys watching his antics from afar, but prefers never to be directly involved. She also tends to hold back her laughter if Gecko is being especially mischievous, as any glimmer of amusement from Bandit fuels his antics.

- - - Gecko has also been known to play music and sing songs. His favorite instrument is a small lute, but he also enjoys the harmonica. However, due to the monotone tone of Faes, he tends to stick with playing songs without singing.

- - - Besides entertaining and irritating the citizens of Verdurous Terrace with performances and pranks, Gecko also enjoys writing his own stories and songs. Despite his energetic nature, he is quite shy when it comes to his own work. He hardly performs his own songs or tells his own stories in public. Bandit is the only one in Verdurous Terrace who has heard every song and story Gecko has created, and she always smiles at Gecko and tells him how wonderful his work is. Even though the other members of the Verdinian Tribe would never suspect it, Gecko and Bandit often work silently next to each other to create their own works.
